Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws, including the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

1. Cancellation of Orders

Customers have the right to request a cancellation of their order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
After this period, the order may already have been processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Returns of Food & Livsmedel

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for food products or other consumable goods (livsmedel), unless the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

This follows Swedish consumer regulations regarding perishable and hygiene-sensitive products.

3. Returns of Non-Food Products

For normal/non-food products, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • the item received was defective,
  • damaged during transport, or
  • the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with Swedish law.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
